What's happening in Skateboarding?

Problems

Many kids in low-income communities don’t have access to skateboards, safety gear, or experienced mentors. Often, they’re given new boards without proper helmets or pads. When they fall and get hurt, it can discourage them from ever trying again. Without support and safe equipment, too many kids miss out on the confidence, creativity, and joy that skateboarding can bring.

Our Solution

Little Legends bridges that gap by bringing skateboarding directly to the community. At our free skate jams, we provide kids with high-quality skateboards, helmets, and pads—plus hands-on instruction from professional skaters. By focusing on safety, mentorship, and accessibility, we help kids build skills, confidence, and a lasting connection to a positive and supportive skateboarding community.
